Supply process

Our process is designed to ensure technical clarity, predictability and reliable execution, from first contact to final delivery.

We operate exclusively in the B2B market, supplying structural steel tubes within the European Union, in accordance with recognised European standards.

1. Technical request

The process starts with a clear technical request including:

  • section type (square, rectangular or circular)

  • dimensions

  • thickness

  • standard (EN 10219 or EN 10210)

  • steel grade (e.g. S355 JR / J0 / J2, when applicable)

  • quantity

  • length (standard or cut to length)

  • required lead time

  • delivery location

This information allows a proper technical and logistical evaluation.

2. Technical evaluation and EU sourcing

Each request is analysed based on:

  • technical specification

  • required lead time

  • logistical feasibility

  • balance between performance and cost

Supply is evaluated with industrial partners within the European Union, notably in:

  • Spain

  • Italy

  • Poland

  • Germany

Supplier selection is made case by case, according to project requirements.

3. Quotation

A clear and objective quotation is issued, detailing:

  • product specification

  • applicable standard and steel grade

  • quantity and length

  • delivery lead time

  • delivery conditions

Adjustments are made where required to meet specific project needs.

4. Supply and logistics

Once the quotation is approved:

  • supply is organised within the EU

  • logistics are planned according to the agreed schedule

  • documentation accompanies the goods as applicable

This approach ensures operational reliability and delivery compliance.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out as agreed, with follow-up until receipt of the goods.

Our focus is on doing exactly what was agreed, both technically and logistically.

Standards and compliance

The supplied tubes comply with the applicable European standards for structural hollow sections, namely:

  • EN 10219 – cold formed welded structural hollow sections

  • EN 10210 – hot finished structural hollow sections

The applicable standard is defined according to the project requirements and the structural application.

European activity

  • Sourcing from industrial partners within the European Union

  • Supplying industrial customers across Europe

This approach provides:

  • harmonised standards

  • simplified processes

  • improved logistical reliability
