Structural steel tubes
We supply welded structural steel tubes for applications in metal construction, industrial fabrication and structural steelwork, with delivery across the European Union.
Our range includes square, rectangular and circular sections, supplied in small and medium series, with flexible lengths adapted to each project.
Manufacturing standards
EN 10219 – Cold formed structural tubes
Suitable for most standard structural applications, including:
industrial metal fabrication
light to medium steel structures
industrial and commercial buildings
This is the most commonly used solution, offering a strong balance between performance, availability and cost.
EN 10210 – Hot finished structural tubes
Recommended for applications with higher structural requirements, such as:
heavily loaded structures
projects with specific engineering requirements
demanding industrial applications
The use of this standard is normally project-driven.
Steel grade
We mainly work with structural steel grade S355, in accordance with EN 10219 and EN 10210, and can evaluate other structural grades depending on project requirements.
Commonly considered qualities include:
S355 JR – standard structural applications
S355 J0 – applications with additional impact requirements
S355 J2 – more demanding structural applications
The steel grade is assessed case by case, based on the application, technical specification and service conditions
Section types
Square hollow sections (SHS)

Defined by side × side × thickness.
Typical sizes:
40 × 40 × 2 mm
60 × 60 × 3 mm
80 × 80 × 3 mm
100 × 100 × 4 mm
Typical applications:
columns and posts
vertical structural elements
frames and load-bearing structures
Square sections are commonly used where uniform load distribution and structural symmetry are required.
Rectangular hollow sections (RHS)

Defined by width × height × thickness.
Typical sizes:
60 × 40 × 2 mm
80 × 40 × 3 mm
100 × 50 × 4 mm
120 × 60 × 5 mm
Typical applications:
beams and girders
horizontal structural elements
frames and secondary steel structures
Rectangular sections are preferred when directional strength and bending resistance are required.
Circular hollow sections (CHS)
Defined by outside diameter × thickness.
Typical sizes:
Ø48 × 2 mm
Ø60 × 3 mm
Ø76 × 3 mm
Ø114 × 4 mm
Typical applications:
tubular steel structures
industrial equipment
architectural and technical applications
Circular sections are often selected for torsional resistance, uniform stress distribution and aesthetic considerations.

Thickness range
We typically supply structural steel tubes with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm, depending on the section, standard and application.
Commonly supplied thicknesses include:
2.0 mm
2.5 mm
3.0 mm
4.0 mm
5.0 mm
The selected thickness is determined by the structural function, load requirements and project specification, and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Lengths
Standard lengths
Structural steel tubes are commonly supplied in the following standard lengths:
6 metres
12 metres
Non-standard lengths
We also supply:
intermediate lengths
project-specific lengths
cut-to-length solutions
This flexibility allows customers to:
reduce material waste
simplify fabrication and assembly
optimise overall project costs
Non-standard lengths are frequently used in project-based supply and small to medium series.
Supply model
Our supply model is designed to meet the requirements of industrial B2B customers, with a focus on flexibility, clarity and execution reliability.
Supply of small and medium series
Project-based sourcing and delivery
Purchase and sale strictly within the European Union
Logistics adapted to the agreed delivery lead time
Each supply analysed individually according to technical and logistical requirements
This approach enables a controlled, predictable and reliable supply process, aligned with real project needs.
